If you are making constitution and/or bylaw changes now and you are not familiar with the proposed new Society Act in British Columbia, the fact is you are probably going to have to replace or amend them. So why go through the expense and hassle of doing them AGAIN when the new Society Act is proclaimed into law?
That doesn’t mean don’t do them now, just do them correctly and in line with what the new Act will most probably require.
Do you need a copy of the proposed legalization?
